Cannabis Cultivation Fertigation Room

Clean lines and details can make a statement piece in an industrial setting. That’s exactly what these irrigation pipes are doing in this fertigation room for this cannabis cultivation.

Our clients purchased an existing 45,000 square foot building and is now comprised of office space, 13 flower rooms, two (2) vegetation rooms, ten (10) dry/cure rooms, two (2) packaging rooms, two (2) fertigation/irrigation rooms that uses state of the art irrigation/fertigation automated systems for indoor farming. The cultivation also required an exterior central plant and CO2 distribution system.

This was the first project that Engin8 worked on utilizing Microsoft HoloLens in conjunction with Autodesk Revit 2023. We were able to make use of clash detection coordination and real world installation vs plan check. This project came in under budget and on time based on heavy coordination during the design phase and prefabricated materials for insulated walls and ceiling panels and mechanical unit structural supports and associated ductwork transitions.
