Holiday Inn Express in San Clemente, CA is undergoing a renovation in a currently unused portion of its existing building. Our team is working alongside the architectural team and ownership to bring this space into a profitable area for the hotel. Demolition is underway in the current two-story abandoned restaurant and bar with a second floor mezzanine event space. The renovation will add eight new guest rooms to the first floor of the hotel and a new storage space on the second floor by enclosing the existing mezzanine.
