Planet 13 Display Kitchen

A new customer experience has landed at Planet 13! A 14,000 square-foot display kitchen featuring a cannabis brewery, candy kettle confectionary, chocolate bar molding machine and cooling tunnel, and industrial grade reverse osmosis system.

In the back of house area is the testing laboratory. It features state of the art digital testing medical grade exhaust hoods, -40 degree walk-in deep freezer, work stations, scientific grade microwave vacuum ovens and analyzers, and two extraction booths. The extraction booths are explosion rated premanufactured C1D1 butane extraction room and C1D1 ethanol extraction room with solvent removal extraction machines and built in variable frequency drives for pumps, fans and building pressurization monitoring.

Our team collaborated with Planet 13 ownership and other design professionals to bring this one of a kind vision to life during the second phase of expansion at the cannabis superstore.
