Seven Hills Custom Residence

Our team was responsible for designing the mechanical and plumbing system for a new construction, single-family custom residence. The project is a combined 17,500 square-foot for the two-story with basement main home and an attached single-story dwelling with a basement gallery and studio. The residence’s basement features a seven car garage, wine cellar, and swim spa. The first level of the residence features the living room, a piano room, a wet bar and lounge, the kitchen with a butler’s kitchen and pantry, a circle dining room, and two master suites. The second floor is where you will find the media room , game room with a wet bar, a guest bedroom, office and gym.
