Our team produced the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical construction documents for this 8,900 square foot country dance hall, music venue and bar with a 4,300 square foot outdoor entertainment space. We worked alongside the architect and owner during the design phase and continued our support and collaboration with the general contractor during demolition with existing conditions and construction. We look forward to celebrating the grand opening of this new entertainment venue in the Northwest part of town.
